You’re successful at everything, except love. Let’s change that.

Dating and Relationship Therapy for anxious women

You’re tired of spinning and ready to feel calm and in control again.

You’re not asking for too much. You’re asking for connection, safety, and partnership. But you’re exhausted from dating apps, situationships, and second-guessing yourself. You replay conversations, wonder what you did wrong, and tell yourself to just care less and it never works.

You want to stop

  • Obsessing over why someone pulled away or didn’t text back

  • Settling for less than you actually want

  • Silencing your needs to keep the peace

  • Feeling like you’re “too much” or “not enough

And you want to start

  • Feeling grounded no matter what’s happening in your love life

  • Setting boundaries without guilt

  • Understanding your patterns so you can finally change them

  • Trusting yourself to choose relationships that actually feel good

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

I help women understand their patterns, heal old attachment wounds, and feel secure in love.

When you’ve spent years questioning your worth, it’s easy to believe something’s wrong with you. But your patterns—overthinking, people-pleasing, avoiding conflict—aren’t flaws. They’re strategies you learned to feel safe.

In therapy, we’ll work gently and collaboratively to understand these patterns, not judge them. You’ll begin to reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced by anxiety and fear, and learn new ways to relate—with yourself and others—that feel grounded, calm, and authentic.

This isn’t just about finding a relationship. It’s about becoming the version of yourself who feels secure, worthy, and whole—whether or not you’re in one.

I offer virtual therapy for women across Washington State,
with a focus on:

  • Dating & relationship anxiety

For the woman who overthinks every text, fears she’s "too much," and keeps choosing partners who don’t show up. We’ll work on the anxiety underneath the pattern so dating stops feeling like a test you might fail.

  • Self-worth & boundaries

When you’ve spent years earning love by overgiving, boundaries feel selfish and "no" feels dangerous. Therapy helps you build a sense of worth that doesn’t depend on keeping everyone else comfortable.

  • Anxiety & feeling "stuck"

High-functioning on the outside, spinning on the inside. For the woman whose inner critic never clocks out. We’ll quiet the spin and get you grounded.

  • Group therapy for women

A small, supportive group of women working on the same relationship patterns so you stop feeling like the only one. Connection is part of the healing.

Meet Kaleigh Pettis, LMFT

Hi, I’m Kaleigh.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Seattle, and I work virtually with women across Washington who are absolutely killing it in every area of life except love.

If you're the person your friends come to for advice, the one who holds everything together, and somehow still lying awake at 2am wondering why you can't figure out the relationship thing… hi. You found your person.

I specialize in working with high-achieving women who feel anxious, stuck, and kind of embarrassed that this is still the thing. Dating and relationships are where the insecurity shows up, even when the rest of your life looks great on paper. We work on getting you grounded, knowing your worth without needing someone else to confirm it, and actually building the secure, connected relationship you've been wanting.

My approach is warm and direct. I'll meet you exactly where you are and never make you feel broken for being here. I pull from family systems, attachment theory, psychodynamic work, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, and I love bringing in practical tools you can actually use between sessions: journaling prompts, meditation, real stuff you can take with you. I want you walking out of every session with something.

I've been doing this work for 12+ years. I hold an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University and a B.A. in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton, and I'm licensed in Washington State.
